Every actual political science professor and high skool social studies teacher knows that we are a Representative Democracy. The "We are not a democracy, we are a constitutional republic" things is about ignorant fools blowing hot air.

Even juries are representatives (but not democratically selected) speaking for their community.

Long article but explains alot, more than Kamala having to fight the Supreme Court. It uses the word Democracy and there are those that will scream we are a Constitutional Republic. Just what does that mean? Does it look like Trump's droning and all the things that he spews forth? Is that what a Constitutional Republic looks like? I think not.
The Court has gone rogue.
